With Chinese condiments gaining popularity in over 70 countries and regions worldwide, Chinese flavors have become a new favorite on global dining tables. But do you know what complex export procedures and processes are required for Chinese condiments to successfully enter international markets? Step 1:import and exportRegistration of Consignors and Consignees of Goods
Enterprises exporting condiments must first complete the registration of import and export goods consignors. This process can be completed through the following methods:
Multi-certificate integration reform:When applying for market entity registration with the market regulatory authorities, applicants can opt for customs declaration unit registration by checking the relevant box and filling in the required information. The market regulatory authorities will complete the registration and share data with the General Administration of Customs, eliminating the need for separate submission of registration applications to customs. Direct registration application:If the enterprise does not opt for the multi-certificate integration method, it can submit a customs declaration unit registration application via the China International Trade Single Window or the Internet + Customs platform. Customs will complete the registration within 3 working days. Filing Information Query:After registration, enterprises can log in to the China Customs Import and Export Enterprise Credit Information Publicity Platform to query registration details or print the Customs Declaration Unit Registration Certificate online via the Single Window.
Step 2: Registration of export food production enterprises
Production enterprises exporting condiments must also undergo specialized registration. The registration process is as follows:
Submit an application via the Internet + Customs integrated online government service platform or the China Export Food Production Enterprise Registration Management System. The subordinate customs office will review the application. Once the materials are complete and meet legal requirements, the Export Food Production Enterprise Registration Certificate will be issued.
Step 3: Export declaration and release
Export Declaration:After self-inspection and qualification by the production and processing enterprise, the exporter or its agent must log in to electronic platforms such as the China International Trade Single Window to provide electronic documentation information as required by the General Administration of Customs and submit the declaration.
Release process:
Condiments without on-site inspection or laboratory testing instructions can be released directly.
If there are on-site inspection or laboratory testing instructions, customs will inspect the condiments as required by the instructions.
After comprehensive evaluation through supervision, sampling inspection, risk monitoring, and on-site inspection, qualified products will be approved for export and issued inspection and quarantine certificates; unqualified products will not be allowed for export.
